Hi, I’m Jana Osofsky! (You can call me Jana O.)

I’m a content strategist and the creator of High-Leverage Content, where I help coaches and service providers like you sign clients on repeat, with evergreen content — and without chaining yourself to your laptop. 

And a big part of that is fixing one of the most common issues I see: content that’s smart… but too advanced to actually connect and convert.

I’ve been in online business for 8+ years — including 5 years as the content manager for a 7-figure brand strategist and coach. Along the way, I’ve worked behind the scenes on the marketing of more than 100 coaches, and service providers — so I’ve seen firsthand what actually works to turn content into paying clients — and what causes “really good” content to get ignored because it’s too advanced or “expert-y.”

My signature “capsule blog library” strategy was born during what I call my booked-out era — a stretch where I grew my audience and stayed fully booked (with a waitlist!) while spending just one day a month on marketing.

I didn’t treat my blog like a long game — I used each post to create multiple opportunities to make sales right away, and then continued leveraging those same posts over time.

I doubled my rates four times, created scalable offers, and built a name for myself by repeating what worked — not by churning out more content.
